About GTX Digital
A technology partner, not a web agency.
GTX stands for Golden Triangle X — the corridor we work in, and the transformation we are there to deliver.
The name
Golden Triangle X.
The Midlands Golden Triangle is the corridor bounded roughly by Birmingham, Nottingham and Northampton, tied together by the M1, M6, M42 and A14. It carries more of the UK’s logistics, distribution and advanced manufacturing activity than anywhere else in the country, along with the professional firms built around it.
It is where we are based, where we work on site, and where we know the operating conditions well enough to design for them. The X is the other half: transformation, technology, and whatever comes next.
We are a business technology company rather than a web agency. The distinction matters, because the questions we get asked are usually about margin, capacity and risk — and the answer is only sometimes a website.

How we work
Four commitments we will be held to.
None of these are unusual. They are simply rare enough together that clients tell us they are the reason we were appointed.
-
Ownership
You own everything
Source code, data, infrastructure and documentation sit in your accounts from day one. No licence that expires, no hosting you cannot leave, no supplier you cannot replace.
-
Pricing
Scope in writing, price fixed
Every phase is scoped, costed and approved before work starts. Change is handled as a priced change, not as a surprise on an invoice.
-
People
Senior people only
The person who scoped the work is the person who builds it. No handing the engagement to a junior team once the contract is signed.
-
Presence
In the room
Complex builds go wrong over video calls. Being based in the Golden Triangle means we can be on site for the sessions that actually decide the design.
The four pillars
What we cover.

Next step
Start with a technology review, not a proposal.
A short, structured conversation about where your systems are costing you time, margin or growth — and what the realistic options are. No pitch deck.
