Privacy notice.

What we collect through this site, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

This notice explains what GTX Digital does with personal information collected through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, the category of enquiry and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing hidden in the form.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business about its services and expect a reply. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are kept for as long as that relationship runs and for the period afterwards required for tax and contractual purposes.

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated to name the provider and say what is measured before it goes live.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@gtxdigital.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated server-side, and enquiry data is not stored in any publicly reachable location.

Next step

Start with a technology review, not a proposal.

A short, structured conversation about where your systems are costing you time, margin or growth — and what the realistic options are. No pitch deck.
